Er wordt weinig aandacht besteed aan het onthaal, zeker als je de eerste keer komt. De schoonheidsspecialiste is wel heel vriendelijk. De ruimte was ook heel aangenaam en proper. De voetmassage erg kort. In totaal duurde de behandeling met nagels lakken eerder 40min ipv 1u.

I am usually assisted by Nicoletta, who is very attentive, delicate and professional. However, during my last appointment there was another beautician and the experience was slightly less pleasant. She was very fast, at the expense of gentleness. Apart from this, I would definitely recommend a treatment with Yves Rocher Institute!
