I am a recurrent customer of Yves Rocher Leuven and overall my experience there is very positive. However, this time was a disappointment, the service was hastily done in less than 20 min (usually it takes 45). Exfoliation was very superficial, no proper care of the sole. Same with the cuticles and calluses. I did a remark at the cashier and was offered a foot massage, gesture that I appreciated, but my goal was really a decent exfoliation so I declined.
