Très bons soins et épilations. Seulement le service à l'accueil est très mauvais donc ça a gâché mon expérience. Ils ont oublié de communiquer à l'esthéticienne une des prestations que j'avais réservées. Puis ils m'ont blamé de cet oubli et refusé de me rembourser ce soin là sous prétexte que j'avais déjà réglé en ligne. J'ai du negotier pour avoir au moins un bon pour une prochaine fois. C'est bien dommage de traiter ses clients de cette manière.
Malheureusement je devrai revenir pour faire usage du bon, j'espère que le service sera un peu meilleur cette fois.

Really bad quality manicure and pedicure for an exorbitant price. Very disappointed, I came to get my nails done for a wedding, and I left with the worst nail work that I've ever had in my life.

Horrible, do not book your Mani/Pedi here! The manicurist was very rough while removing the cuticle, she actually damaged one of my toes. The nail shaping and the laquer application were done very sloppily. The polish was done so badly that it bubbled immediately, and no top coat was applied. I could have done a better job on my own, and for much cheaper than I paid to come to this scammy place! I went with a friend, who also had a bad experience with a separate manicurist. Beware!
