I am usually assisted by Nicoletta, who is very attentive, delicate and professional. However, during my last appointment there was another beautician and the experience was slightly less pleasant. She was very fast, at the expense of gentleness. Apart from this, I would definitely recommend a treatment with Yves Rocher Institute!
