Florence had me gewaarschuwd over het mogelijks beperkte effect aangezien mijn donker haar. Ze had gelijk. Ik zie persoonlijk nauwelijks een verschil (jammer) maar Florence zelf was zeer zorgvuldig, klantvriendelijk en professioneel, en alhoewel ik deze behandeling niet meer laat doen, blijf ik een fan van Wax and Beauty (voor andere behandelingen).
