I have been a loyal customer here for three years. I was only five minutes late today. The girl who was supposed to help me was incredibly rude. She had a terrible attitude and treated me very badly.My appointment only takes five minutes. Still, she completely refused to help me. She ignored me when I tried to speak. I had already paid online, but she refused to explain how to cancel.After three years of coming here, I am never coming back. The staff is extremely mean and unprofessional.
