I went for eyebrow and upper lip waxing, showed a picture of how I like my brows, but the result didn’t match. There were still a lot of stray hairs left, which I had to point out - I think poor lighting contributed. My skin is also still irritated a day later, which is unusual for me. Overall, not a horrible experience, but not great either.
