Terrible experience. I booked root coloring and hair mask for a total of 43Euro. Thry forgot about me and after one hour I had to ask anybody to rinse my hair. They didn’t do the hairmask. The color was awful and my hair is now all dry. And they charged me 57 Euro!!! Terrible experience!

To avoid at all costs. Left products too long in hair and the next day it started to break and fall out. Need to cut my hair short now. It can’t be saved. Hair was asymmetrically cut, difference of 2 centimeters. Also extremely expensive, while lacking skills. The only thing left to do, is to warn you…
