The haircut itself was satisfactory, but it would be beneficial for establishments in Brussels to have English-speaking staff.

I have been to Tony and Son more than 10 times now… however this time I was VERY disappointed. The stylist burned my ear without apologizing. I also also asked her to use less heat on my hair and she said she will not bc that is normal. I find it sad to see the quality of the services have diminished.
