the massage (1h15) was deep and effective. It was hard sometimes, but I asked for a softer treatment and got it. I specially loved the hot oil massage.

It was my first time having a sports massage and it was good and firm. At times too firm though apparently, because the next day I had some bruising. All in all a good massage, just what I needed.
