The welcome was kind and professional, we received a welcome tea because we arrived a bit earlier than agreed. We had booked two massages as a couple and this was done in the same room which is nice. The massages were just wonderful, very well done and probably one of the best I ever had. The sports massage was very intense but this is something I prefer, so it was perfect. Timing was respected as well. The facilities were perfectly clean too. At the end we were accompanied to the entrance where we were offered another tea. All in all a great experience!
