Definitely not a professional massage. Definitely not a sports massage and definitely not foot reflexology. The people are nice but don’t know what they’re doing. Just randomly pushing and pulling. No consistency, no knowledge of muscles. Tried to communicate and give specific guidance, which wasn’t understood or followed. Have a hip injury and asked to pay some extra attention to that area, just petted it for a few minutes and that was it. Wouldn’t waste money here if looking for the real thing
