I have cut my hair in the past and I was really satisfied with the experience. However, this time, I scheduled twice the service and didn't happen. One the person had other 2 clients before me and I left because I couldn't wait. I re-booked for the following day at 10:00, but the place was closed (and waited until 10:20). Again I have no complaint about the place or the people but I think there is still a room to improve the scheduling and the notice between treatwell and the place(s).
