Never had such a bad experience in a beauty salon! I had PMU eyebrows and even after 3 retouches (for a fee, 199 euros!) it didn't stay. It was supposedly my skin's fault, while I have had PMU done several times elsewhere without any problems (and chose this salon due to original promotion). Then it was the other salon’s fault, but never theirs. I was treated very unfriendly. The boss spoke (a bit) English, but the beautician herself didn’t speak a word. Also, my eyebrowns weren’t applied in pencil first (but luckily the original shape was ok) but I couldn't communicate about anything. At the end the owner told me to go somewhere else next time. Unbelievable!

Ik werd heel gastvrij ontvangen waarbij mij ook een drankje werd aangeboden. De pedicure zelf gebeurde door iemand met veel ervaring en heb ik als heel aangenaam ervaren. Er was een vlot contact tussen mij en mijn schoonheidsspecialist. Het was ook aangenaam dat de eigenares van de zaak ook kwam horen of alles naar wens was en zich ervan verzekerde dat alles goed gebeurde. Ik zou zeker opnieuw gaan !
