Not welcoming,left to prep room,didn’t ask me to sit,kept speaking French while I don’t.When I entered the room,didn’t inform what to do.When getting undressed,she came back in without knocking to hand me an old,scratchy towel.The massage was NOT good,she moisturised my body with oil,that’s it.No strength at all,bit strength on the knees which is not a usual place to do so.Her long nails poked me.She interrupted the session to put music back on,which was upbeat music.Not relaxing.Never again!
