Horrible shop owner. She started screaming at me cause I asked a receipt with TVA (local tax) for my payment. She said the price will be different, she charged me more (different pricing from the one presented at the website where I did my reservation treatwell.be), and said “this is too expensive for me”. She tried to intimidate me - unacceptable, unprofessional, horrible. Besides this, the ladies working for her are lovely and professional. I'm never visiting again.

I wanted to try a new place for waxing that is closer to my home. Welcoming was quite cold by a young boy. Waxing experience was not at its best. Wax was too warm vs my past experiences. Not very gentle. Still have some hair here and there. Payment can be done only cash or via phone.
