My whole experience was amazing . Since I am an English speaker all the girls did their best to communicate with me . The haircut I received was fully detailed and precise. Kristina est non seulement professionnellement mais très chaleureuse ! Je vous la recommande les yeux fermés , les colorations pour ma part sont à la perfection et le reste qui suit aussi ! Elle est à l’écoute et très bonne conseillère ! A ne pas hésiter…

Très gentilles et très aimables mais pas du tout professionnelles. Ça se voit que seule une des trois s’y connaît en coiffure, celle qui s’occupait de moi ne savait pas quoi faire et demandait à sa collègue comment faire. je ne sais pas si c’est Kristina qui s’est vraiment occupé de moi. Je n’étais pas du tout sereine. À fuir.

A FUIIIRRRRR
Worst experience in a salon ever.
The actual owner of the salon didn't do my hair and just left without saying anything leaving me with the less experienced one/intern. She didn't communicate, was slow, late, rude and unprofessional. Most of all, inexperienced, because she had to literally call the owner to ask her which steps to do next. She was rough with my hair even though I showed her how I normally brush it out pain-free. I walked about before she could mess up more.
