Je pensais qu'un soin ou au moins un après-shampooing serait appliqué, mais ce n'était pas le cas, ce qui a laissé pas mal de nœuds dans mes cheveux. L'experience en général est restée très impersonel, un peu dommage selon moi car je demandais des conseils.
