Although the advertisements on the salon's Treatwell are in English, none of the hair stylists spoke English. I was lucky that I spoke some Spanish so I communicated with my Brazilian hairdresser in a language that was not our maternal language. The cut turned out terrible, way shorter than I wanted, uneven and I had a hole in my bob cut looking like a bird's nest. The hairdresser wanted to mend but I was too scared that it might get even worse. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed.
