Sur le website il y a un prix et j'ai bien reçu le email de confirmation avec ce prix la. Mais sur place, après la coupe un des employés m'a dit un prix plus haut. C'est pas un grand problème de payer un peu plus mais il était vraiment pas respectueux de me dire que c'est pas son responsabilité s'il y a une erreur dans le website et il peut rien faire. C'est lui qui doit vérifier si les informations sur le website sont justes et pas moi.
Malgré cette problème, la coiffeusse qui a coupé mes cheveux était sympa et professionnel.
In the website there was a price for the dry cut + long hair at RClub, however in the salon the employee gave me a different price even though I showed him the confirmation email of my reservation that said the price. I don't mind paying more but it was disrespectful that he said it was not their responsibility if the website was wrong. Despite this problem with him, the hairdresser that cut my hair did a good job and she was very nice.

Colouring was nicely done. They listen to your wishes. But the blow dry (brushing) was very poorly done. The girl did not know how to keep my hair in the brush - i twent everywhere. Painful to watch. Pity.

Pas d'attente, prise en charge immédiate, coupe pile comme je le voulais, coiffeur agréable, bonne expérience ! Une des rares fois où je suis sortie d'un coiffeur vraiment contente de ma coupe ! Merci beaucoup !
