The service itself has been simply great. The color is very nice and exactly as I asked, the cut has been done paying extreme attention. The reason of 4 stars is that the service should have costed 60 euros (I already selected the long hair option), but at the end I had to pay 86,50: a mask has been added in order to comb my hair (at the beginning I refused it but actually it seems there was no other option to comb my hair), but the main reason is that apparently I have a lot of hair and the used product was more than expected.
