je suis arrive a l'heure pour qu ont me dise que y a un peu de retard et que je doit attendre environ 20 min, aux bout de 15 mi, d'attente je suis informe que en faite je devrais venir 2h plutard pcq je ne figure pas dans la bonne agenda j'ai un program assez charge et quand je prend un rdv je m 'attend que ca soit respecte, la c etais just inacceptable, je ne retournerai jamais.dommage
