booked balayage+haircut, was told it was 230€ instead of 100 indicated on the website. I get that 70€ is the "starting point" & it gets more expensive but my hair is shoulder length, not super long. I asked for detailed cost account, they repeated the full price&in the end gave me things like a blowout (which was terrible low effort&I didnt want). halfway through she mentioned she was doing ombré when I asked for balayage. didnt get what I wanted but what made them the most money I guess

Attention: j'ai payé 276 € pour faire des mèches (sans coupe sans brushing) sous le pretexte qu’ils ont utilisé beaucoup de grammes de produit !!!! La couleur est parti après le 1er lavage ! J’ai maintenant des cheveux orange….
Sur la porte du magasin le prix affiché pour des mèches est à partir de 60€ et supplément produit 10gr = 10€
La propriétaire Tina ne donne jamais de ticket de caisse et oblige les clients de payer toujours en liquide !
