Changes were made to the person treating me. I've been treated for 9 years by the same lovely lady and whitout asking me or taking into account my strict timeschedule, the entire treating schedule was changed. Instead being in and out in 2h45 to 3h for everything, It took more then 5 hours... also the new pedicure chair that looks amazing is extremely uncomfortable, and the therapist could barely do her work properly due to the discomfort of this chair. Very dissapointed by the new management!
