Zodoende heeft ze kennisgemaakt met verschillende technieken, producten en de behoeften van de vrouw. Zo maak je tijdens het wachten gratis gebruik van de massagestoel en staat er koffie, thee, frisdrank of cava voor je klaar. Door haar vriendelijke en persoonlijke aanpak voel je je snel thuis. Patricia spreekt vloeiend Portugees, Frans en Engels. Er wordt gewerkt met het merk Goldwell.
