I got welcomed in a very pleasant manner and guided to the waiting room as I was a wee bit early for my appointment. The communication was fantastic, Ben speaks very well English and I got to tell him what my problem was and he really hit the spot with my lower back pain. Im coming back to try and fix my lower back before I go back to my full time ballet. Thank you Ben A+ A+ A+
