Upon entering the gate and walking around the back, you find yourself in a peaceful oasis of green, putting you immediately in a relaxed state. Silvia is so welcoming. After a chat to get to know you and any specific aches and pains, she works the neck and head, releasing tension points. Once finished, she continues with the reflexology while you remain in the same position. The reflexology releases blocked points and stimulates energy at the same time. Outstanding! I can’t wait to come back!
