Upon Tina's request, I changed my booking to earlier & went on time; I was kept waiting for 20 min. Tina was friendly but constantly checking her mobile & making a private call, whilst filing my nails. When she was trimming my cuticles, she cut part of skin too; my fingers were bleeding but no word of apology. I had a pain & inflammation in my fingers for a few days. Despite being careful not to damage nails to keep as long as possible, they started peeling off the day after the treatment :'(
