Amy was not available, so a new beautician treated me. She was friendly but the treatment was much more painful than usual and the beautician was not as thorough as I am used from Amy (many hairs remaining in both body zones which I found out once I got home). Overall not happy with the result, although I appreciate the usual atmosphere and cleanliness.
