There was some issue from treatwell side so the salon wasn't prepared on time. But the haircut was not good, I thought they should have better judgement of how it looks on your face. She cut nice from sides but too short on top(sort of a disaster). But she was polite and nice. Not sure if the communication in English was the problem. But I think as a good hairdresser you shoud know a good cut on a face. Thanks, Hem
