Front of staff was very professional and friendly. The therapist could be more welcoming by greeting me, explaining more as she only replied to my own questions but not explaining the machine and then treatment or effects. Therapist did not say goodbye or make much eyecontact so it felt impersonal. Overall a quick treatment and if it works then I will continue at the salon.
