Have been to N-Joy a couple of times but this time it was really disappointing. - Main door opened 10 minutes too late - They led us to a room upstairs but the last clients were still there. Not only awkward, but cleaning is questionable - They left the door open when we were undressing. - Overall low quality of massage. Painful strokes because of masseuse's long nails. - Loud all throughout from music choice and masseuse's inconsiderately loud footsteps. - Finished 10 minutes early
