I had a painful pedicure and while Madison was cutting into my cuticles, as an automatic reflex I pulled my feet away, she didn't understand she was hurting me. Even after I told her it is painful.
After the pedicure I noticed my cuticles were bleeding and were sore for a couple of days.
Also she criticked the way I had cut my nails as I had done it "n'importe comment".
If you want your customers to have professionally pedicured feet before the treatment, what is the point? No need to return.
