The person that attended to me was very rude and arrogant. After the session, I inquired about the next appointmrnt as I would be traveling for work and will be away for 5 weeks, she said that I am supposed to return within 3 weeks otherwise the treatment won't have any effect and went on to tell me that anywas, she doesn’t care as that is my money being wasted. When it came to paying, I was never informed that you don’t take payment by card. So we had to use payconiq and I told her I wasn’t familiar with payconiq payment method and kindly asked her to assist me through but she said “don’t act dumb” until a colleague who was polishing a client’s nails jumped in and assisted me. My conclusion, is that I will never return if I am to be attended to by the same lady and for the sake of other clients, please ask your employees to be a little friendly, you know, it doesn’t hurt!
