I went to the Melting Pot to get a haircut. I just wanted a cut and that's what my appointment was for and that's what I also specified when I came in. I told the hairdresser that I had just washed my hair too. Yet he insisted on washing my hair. I assumed he needed the hair to be wet to cut it. He never mentioned that this quick wash would be charged extra but he did charge me for it. Same with the blowdrying. I didn't ask for it and he didn't ask if I wanted it. He just started doing it and I thought he needed it to see the outcome of the cut and to adjust it.
Besides the fact that instead of 25€ I ended up paying 45€, the service and approach was also left to be desired. I felt rather uncomfortable the entire time. The hairdresser seemed very stressed and didn't take the time to discuss the kind of cut. We decided to cut a fringe which he said he thought was a good idea. Then once he already cut it he starts saying that he shouldn't have done it and that it was a bad idea. Not very reassuring! All in all it was a rather stressful and dissappointing experience and I had to fix my haircut afterwards.

I went for a hair relaxer and cut. Both were superb. I was really happy with the result.

Très bon salon. Bon accueil, super coiffure et coiffeuse qui a été arrangeante au niveau des horaires

TB dans l ensemble si ce n est un retard de 17 minutes malgré RDV qui reste encore acceptable au vu de l accueil offert, de la gentillesse du personnel et du service fourni.
