Was in constant low-grade pain from a trapped nerve in my neck with associated spinal stenosis. This caused pain also in my shoulder, arm and part of my hand. After a one-hour massage, the pain eased quite markedly. This continued during the next few days, until I was virtually pain-free and could move my neck a little better. I am grateful and will continue this therapy because it works.
