Bonjour, Rendez vous qui n'a jamais eu lieu. Arrivée à l'heure j'ai malheureusement attendu 20min devant une porte fermée. Appelé à plusieurs reprise le numéro mais messagerie direct. Pour un rendez-vous prit il y à plus d'une semaine, j'aurais apprécié au moins un petit message d'excuses. Bonne journée.

The waxing I went for was only half done on my legs, many hairs still left there, as well as on my armpit. Very expensive for a job half done. The bikini wax was thorough but people with sensitive skin would have issues as it was stripping, fast and also with a stripping paper.
