Sultana was friendly but I did not get the result I wanted and the service was overpriced. I wanted polar white hair but now I am more pinkish than white and the BIO decolorant didnt bleach my roots enough. I never paid over 70€ for decoloration of roots. I was ready to pay more because the "care" was included. I thought it would be a treatment under some machine because the package was supposed to take up to 3h30 but it was just a conditioner care. Paid 113€. Didnt get what I wanted.

Super moment ! Cristina prend le temps de vous expliquer chaque étape du soin et ce que je peux dire c’est que chaque mouvement ventait avec tout son cœur , le résultat est superbe, j’ai hâte de refaire ma deuxième séance dans 14 jours . Merci Cristina N’hésitez foncez
