If I had to summarise my experience in one word, it would be: impeccable! The service provided was excellent, Louise is very gentle, open to questions and very attentive. I love how she guided me through the process–taking into account my personal preferences and feedback. The interior of the salon is beautiful and neatly-kept as well. I'm really glad I discovered this gem, and will definitely return for other treatments!
