I've been waxing for years but have found it very difficult since moving to the Benelux region (first NL, now BE) to find the type of waxing services I'm accustomed to. Loanny was outstanding, professional, fast, almost painless (!!) and very friendly. The salon is in an old apartment building and I arrived at the end of a busy day so it was slightly lacking in ambience, however it was all of the important things like warm, clean and comfortable. Loanny speaks French, Italian and Spanish, and I speak English, Dutch and some very basic, very bad Spanish but we managed. I recommend preparing yourself with Google Translate if you're limited linguistically. Overall, excellent service at a good price. HIghly recommended.
