I wish Linh followed basic hygiene rules for manicure and at least put on some music in the background to make the visit less awkward

Although I had high expectations going into my appointment given Linh's other great reviews I'm sad to have to say that my experience was much different than the good service I expected. Besides having to wait 25-30 minutes for my appointment although being told only 10 (the client after me was also given the same false time estimate - which shouldn't even be necessary if our time slots were respected) I found that my manicure was very rushed and sloppy. Even though the quality of the gel is good, the gel coat was applied quite far away from my cuticle line which is frustrating because now I'm going to have to get my nails retouched much sooner than I usually would (given my nail regrowth). Overall I felt that the service was very unorganized and careless which is why I will unfortunately not be returning to this salon.
