The staff was not particularly welcoming or warm - they didn’t talk to me and anything they said was accompanied by a sigh like I was being difficult - for example when I asked whether my hairdresser could brush my curls. He didn’t succeed in giving me a curly blow dry but did attempt to curl my hair with a curling iron. The hairdresser pulled my hair really hard, in an way I have never experienced before and did not seem concerned despite my visible discomfort. He did not ask me whether I was ok, whether I liked the haircut or anything. He used a men’s razor to cut my hair, which was done really unprecisely. Overall, the haircut wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t go back there.
