Arrived on time, they started the hair diagnostic close to 1 hour later and then I had to wait again. They did not respect the hair length I had asked for and cut it shorter than what I had specified. Plus, I had booked a 95 euros balayage package but the final bill came up to 185 euros claiming there are things not included in the Treatwell description, including hair treatment that I did not ask for. Plus, they only take cash. No cards or mobile payment accepted. Worst experience of my life.

Treatwell states "haircut and blow dry = 24€". From the moment I arrived, Mrs Kazan asked me to pay extra for shampoo, brushing and a covid tax. I walked out with an okay haircut, after paying 8€ extra, without a receipt and with wet hair. This place might be 5 mins walk from Avenue Louise but their service is far from being "chic", it feels more like cheap.

Frange complètement ratée. Bien coupée au départ mais ensuite finalisée à la tondeuse, j’ai pas compris. Hyper effilée, plus d’épaisseur. J’ai une frange râteau! Très déçue.
