There was no one! I arrived 5 minutes beforehand and knocked, then rang few times at the doorbell. Nothing. Then I waited 10 minutes just right outside...nothing, no one...then rang again....nothing.... En fait, il y avait personne! J’ai attendu dehors pour plus de 10 minutes. J’ai frappé la porte, j’ai sonné dans la sonnette...rien....personne....je comprends pas...j’ai même pris de photos pour bien montrer que j’étais à l’heure et il y avait personne....

This was one of the nicest facials I've ever got in my life! I had a lot of problems with my skin and a lot of questions about it, and Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My skin is much better now, and I got a very good experience emotionally too - calming, reassuring, refreshing. Thank you!
