All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The lady was 10 min late so I had to wait in front of the store and call her, she worked quickly but not very thoroughly which is kind of the point of waxing. So there is still hair where it is not supposed to be. Regarding hygiene she did not use any gloves, applied the wax directly from the metal scraper she used to stir the wax and did not even change the pad I lay on but merely wiped it.

L'esthéticienne m'a fait patienter plus d'une heure en total!! Elle était en retard pour commencer, puis n'avait plus de bandes pour l'épilation, qu'elle a dû partir acheter. Cela peut arriver...
Mais, comme je n'avais pas encore payer un des soins, le moins cher (sourcils), elle aurait pu faire un geste commercial et me l'offrir. Ce qu'elle n'a pas fait. Aussi, le prix affiché pour les sourcils était de 5.80€, mais elle m'en a demandé 6. Ce n'était pas la première fois...Jamais de monnaie, comme par hasard.
Je suis vraiment déçue et je n'y retournerai plus.
