The staff were friendly but the massage was very gentle. I could have spoken up but I didn't which was on me. My partner thought she was getting a deep tissue massage but also got a gentle massage. The atmosphere of the clinic could do with some work. There is no waiting room and the staff didn't explain the process or direct us well. After the massage we awkwardly tried to find a place to sit once we were given a tea, having to move other customers bags off chairs to find somewhere to sit.
