The lady that did waxing was very professional and kind, I was 12 minutes late and her colleague kept entering the room and pushing her to finish even after only 30 minutes of the session meant to last 1h15 anyways, which was not pleasant for me as a customer at all, at the end that colleague was even rude while speaking to me, unfortunately in French so I couldn't understand.
