J’avais rdv a 9h ce matin. En arrivant une madame m’a dit qu’il y aurai 10min de retard. J’ai attendu jusqu’à 9h30 et personne est venu. Je suis donc parti.

I feel that this salon is not run by professional people. Sandra was attentive and since I told her I have problems of ingrown nails she checked in with me a lot, but I didn't feel like she has great experience. The waiting area had an unkept look. Not the kind of atmosphere and cleanliness I'd expect from a beauty salon.
