Attention, le prix sur Treatwell n'est pas du tout le prix demandè au salon ! J'avais une coloration simple à 51 € et la dame m'a demandé 94 € ! Son explication était qu'elle a mis un soin (par demandé si je le voulais ou pas) et que la coloration simple était seulement pour les racines et pas pour toute la longueur de cheveux ! Elle a dit que c'est la faute de Treatwell que ça ne permet pas de détailler. Pourtant ses collègues y arrivent bien. Brushing médiocre et taches de couleur sur la peau.

I had to pay 50€ instead of 15€ as written in my appointment. I don’t speak French so I had no idea what they were doing. I said I just need to cut my hair. They started washing it, even though I told the girl that I just washed my hair in the morning. They asked if I want to dry it and I said of course, because what, I have to go out with completely wet hair? Turns out washing and drying is paid. This is just the salon taking advantage of me not speaking French and it’s absolutely unacceptable. Also, in the end my cut wasn’t even straight. Do not recommend.
