This is Ilna's personal salon, so not fancy at all, BUT I LOVE MY EYELASHES! The best I've gotten in Brussels, they are perfect and turned out exactly as I had described to her. She suggested "russe leger" and not only is the shape exactly right for my small eyes, but her application is top notch and nothing is falling out. I will 100% return!! Would give 10/10 stars if I could :)
