I was several times at Orphy during the last 5 years since I am in Gent for both cut and balayage. The last time I made an appointment via treatwell for my mom. I have payed in advance the balayage and cut for a 2h time slot (115€). My mom doesn’t live in Gent and she got lost on the way. She made her best to get asap there but she was late 30 min from the 2h appointment. When she got there, Orphy said that nothing can be done and let her go. I have wrote to her if now all my money are lost and
